Introduction Sustainable Change Package
Our Sustainable Transformation Package dives deep into your business, and develops strong improvements in your systems, operations and supply chain. It is meant for organisations who are active in industries in which business as usual isn’t enough anymore, and you need to improve multiple levels to compete in the future. We help you build a strong internal system and supply chain policy, so you can affect impact and change.
How it works
Customer Requirements (if no Health Check)
We analyse what is being asked of you by supermarkets, retailers and/or private label clients with regard to climate, emissions, raw material use, packaging, energy, and waste. We also advise on how to best organise and report the necessary information, and where the urgency lies for your customers and other stakeholders.
Current Status & Risks (if no Health Check)
There’s a lot changing around you. We assess where your organisation currently stands in terms of sustainability within your operations and supply chain, and where you may face short- and long-term risks. Limited supply chain knowledge and control make proper risk management essential, whether or not you don’t produce everything yourself. This gives you a clear picture of your situation.
Environmental Management System
We create an Environmental Management System and policy that integrates with your day to day. It is designed to speak a common language within your organisation, and includes relevant and understandable sustainable policy to incorporate in your day to day operations. This includes EUDR, PPWR, resource tracking and sustainability targets. Our EMS covers core requirements and includes national and EU regulations and compliance.
EUDR Compliant Procurement Policy
From 2026, all suppliers are required to provide traceable, verifiable information on the origin of goods. We develop a sustainable procurement policy which you can implement into your buying practices. With it you can source materials in line with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), ensuring your supply chains are free from deforestation and forest degradation. It helps you regularly review procurement practices to maintain EU compliance and support sustainable trade.
Resource Efficiency and Carbon Reduction
For processing and manufacturing sectors we work to implement carbon, waste and energy reduction strategies. This includes assessing processes to identify opportunities, implementing changes and verifying savings. Recommendations vary from energy switches, changes to operating practices, to equipment upgrades (when it is cost effective to do so). All recommendations are based on measured performance and return-on-investment calculations. The goal is to reduce resource use to lower costs and emissions while maintaining reliable operations and output.
Packaging & Circularity
We tackle the changing drivers within circularity. Our approach focuses on analysing current packaging to identify improvement areas, and build ‘closed loop’ supply chains. Potential solutions include improving recycled material content, selecting more easily recyclable materials, reducing packaging weight and removal of excess packaging.
